The Pasty Guy is a world traveler so of course there’s a review for Three Broomstricks at Hogsmeade in Harry Potter World of Universal’s Islands of Adventure theme park.
The only suggestion is that you don’t order the Cornish pasties if you’re looking for authentic pasty taste. Still, they are one of the cheaper options available to eat. The downside is that three mini pasties with a side salad doesn’t amount to much.
The Cornish pasties are three small pasties that are equivalent to mini hot pockets or pizza rolls (see picture). They are mass made, frozen and then heated up to eat. The menu description calls them “flaky pastry pies.”
The insides are ground up veggies and meat with a bunch of spices or just some sauce. I can’t really grade the crust completely because it was so small, but at least they looked like how a crust should look.
